Additional Instructions Please include your preferred email address or phone number so your mockup can be sent to you prior to printing.

Mockup & Production Information

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your mockup to be prepared and sent.

Please review and approve your mockup within 2–3 business days after receiving it.

If we do not receive approval or requested changes within 2–3 business days, your order may be printed using the mockup provided.

Please carefully review spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and design details before approving your mockup.

After mockup approval, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production. Shipping time is additional.

I understand that print quality depends on the quality of the artwork I provide, and I agree to the mockup and production policy.

Care Instructions

APPAREL

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Use mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Do not bleach, use fabric softener, or iron directly over the design.

GAMING MATS

Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, or expose to excessive heat.

TUMBLERS

Hand wash only with a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not soak. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners and extreme heat.

GLASS CUPS

Hand wash gently with a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not soak or scrub the design. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Handle glass and bamboo lids with care.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing: Most orders are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping: Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Custom & Large Orders: Processing times may vary based on quantity, customization, and product availability. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact Libra Vibe before placing your order to confirm availability.

Returns & Custom Order Policy

Custom & Personalized Items: Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect with your order.

Non-Custom Items: Please contact Libra Vibe if you need to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Order Accuracy: Please review all sizes, colors, names, spelling, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
